Alarge End Caps are engineered for the precise and safe execution of hydrostatic pressure tests on thermoplastic pipes in compliance with TS EN ISO 1167 and ASTM D 1598–1599 standards. With diameters ranging from 16 mm up to 2600 mm, Boutique monufacturing up to 4000 diameter these leak-proof end caps are ideal for long-term pressure performance analysis of PE, PP, PEX, PVC, and PE-RT pipes.
Designed for tool-free assembly, the caps feature a patented adjustable gasket system(patent no: TR 2016/20266) that ensures a tight seal without the need for hammering or pressing. This design allows the cap to expand with the pipe under pressure, preventing damage and leakages. The adaptive gasket is available in single or multiple-lip silicon/rubber combinations, offering maximum compatibility and performance under stress.
Crafted from pore-free stainless steel (AISI 304, 316, 316L) with precision casting, these end caps are highly resistant to corrosion and high pressures. Optional features include real-time pressure display, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, and touch screen control through the Alarge Reporting Software.
