Product Description

The AL-MIC Microtome Device is a precision laboratory instrument designed to obtain thin and uniform sample sections from various materials. Especially in plastic industry, it is primarily used for preparing samples for Oxidation Induction Time (OIT) testing and Carbon Black Dispersion testing.
Manufactured in compliance with ISO 11357, ISO 6964, ASTM D3350, and ASTM D5593 standards, this device ensures accurate and repeatable specimen preparation.
The system features a servo motor-controlled cutting mechanism, an adjustable cutting range of 20–750 microns, automatic or manual operation modes, and a 4.7″ touchscreen control panel. Equipped with safety sensors and a Panasonic PLC control system, the AL-MIC Microtome provides high precision, reliability, and operator safety.
