Technical Conditions

  • The test unit will be able to perform measurement error and pressure loss tests at Qmax, 0.2Qmax, 0.1Qmax and Qmin flow points of the meters and report the results.
  • The counters can be fixed to the unit individually, pneumatically.
  • At one time, either at least 6 meters or at least 12 meters must be installed on the unit.
  • The meter connection range can be adjusted between 110-130 mm.
  • The references of the test unit will be the Sonic Nozzle.
  • DN20-25-32 meter connections will be supplied with the unit.
  • Temperature meters are in accordance with PTB band 29; It provides 0.05K resolution and 0.1%K (k=2 95%) uncertainty value.
  • Pressure gauges are in accordance with PTB band 29; It provides 0.1mbar resolution and 0.3%mbar(k=2 95%) uncertainty value.
